Four Dollar Fridays! During the month of February, admission on Fridays is just $4 per person. Of course, admission is always free for members. Can not be combined with other offers.

Engineering Week – February 20-27.
Come celebrate National Engineering Week with us with a variety of special programs! Preregistration required for all programs.
Feb 20 – 1-2 pm. Chemical Engineering Workshop. Come discover the fun and excitement of engineering while messing around with polymers. Presented by ExxonMobil Women’s Interest Network. Grades 3-6. Included with admission; preregistration required.
Feb 24 – 3:30 – 5 pm. Engineering Exploration. Build and design during this after school drop off program. Grades 2-5. $8/$10 member/nonmember; preregistration required.
Feb 27 – 6 – 8 pm. BUILD! Saturday Night Science. Bring the whole family for a night of engineering. We will have a variety of special building activities. In addition, local engineers will be on hand to discuss their work. $4/$5 member/nonmember, per person, including adults. Space is limited, so preregister today. Supported in part by a grant from the Bear Family Foundation.

Feb 2 – March 8. Mad Maker Skillz. This spring the program will be a 6 week course on Robotics, with a particular emphasis on skills needed to compete in BEST Robotics. 5-7 pm, Tuesdays. Grades 5-8. $48/$60 member/nonmember; preregistration required.

Feb 13. Tinker Tots – 9 am – 9:45 am – 3 year old – kindergarten and caregivers. Designed for young learners, this program starts with story time, followed by a hands-on science activity related to the story. $5/$7 members/non-members per child; preregistration required.
Feb 13. Science Discovery Workshop – 1 pm – 2 pm – Grades 1-3. This hands-on program is free with admission and explores a different scientific topic each month. Included with admission; preregistration required.
Feb 13. Choose Your Own Science Adventure – 3 pm – 4:30 pm – Grades 3-5. Each month’s activities follow the participants’ interest as they ask their own questions, build their own creations. The facilitator will have lots of activities for them to consider, or they can come in with their own ideas for exploration. $8/$10 member/nonmember, per session; preregistration required.
