Cook up some science this week at the MESS Hall!

  • Tuesday at 2 pm is our special presentation of the week, when we welcome chemists from UWF to demonstrate how liquid nitrogen changes liquid cream to ice cream, among other things.
  • Thursday at 2 pm learn what calories really are, what lecithin is doing in your cookies, and more about the food you eat.
  • Saturday at 2 pm we have a family workshop on the science of bread.

Daily special activities, kitchen science mess kits, and exploration stations will all illuminate the science of food. Bring us your burning questions!
