April 22 – 5:30pm-8:30pm – Grades 6+
Mark Earth Day with an interactive simulation of international climate negotiations. Developed by Climate Interactive and MIT, this model based game parallels the COP21 climate conference held in Paris in December 2015. Participants play world leaders who must produce a global agreement to reduce CO2 emissions enough to limit global warming to 2° by 2100. Join us to experience what it is like to negotiate a climate deal and address the greatest human and environmental challenge of this century.

Program is for students in grades 6 and up. Event will include food and drinks for participants.  $12/$15 member/nonmember. Space is limited – preregistration is required. Registration closes on April 20 in order for facilitators to assign roles and provide briefing materials.
